    Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) Director (Marketing & Corporate Planning), Samuel Praveen Kumar, undertook an extensive inspection visit across key warehousing facilities in Uttar Pradesh, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer-centric services.

    The visit covered Regional Warehousing Complex (RWC) Alamnagar — including its NABL-accredited laboratory — as well as Central Warehouses at Hardoi and Lucknow (CW Lucknow I & II).

    At RWC Alamnagar, Shri Kumar appreciated the high standards of customer service and emphasized the importance of maintaining quality benchmarks in warehousing operations. The NABL-accredited laboratory was noted for its role in ensuring quality assurance and compliance.

    During his visit to CW Hardoi, he commended the team for exemplary maintenance practices and operational efficiency, highlighting their contribution to consistent service excellence.

    At CW Lucknow I & II, Shri Kumar reviewed infrastructure, storage systems, and logistics processes. He praised the facilities for maintaining robust quality standards, strong team performance, and efficient logistics management.

    In addition, the Director lauded the Lucknow Region for achieving its highest-ever turnover in the financial year 2025–26. He recognized the team’s dedication, innovation, and operational excellence as key drivers behind this milestone, reaffirming CWC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen India’s warehousing and logistics ecosystem.

    The visit underscores CWC’s focus on continuous improvement and its strategic role in enhancing storage infrastructure and supply chain efficiency across the country.
