    Senior leadership from Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) conducted a comprehensive review of logistics infrastructure and operations in Chennai, reaffirming its focus on efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

    Shri Vijoy Kumar Singh, Director (International Marketing & Operations), visited the Inland Container Depot at ICD Tondiarpet and the Port Side Terminal at Harbour of Madras. The visit included an on-ground assessment of terminal infrastructure, cargo handling facilities, and operational workflows.

    An interactive session was also held at ICD–Tondiarpet, bringing together exporters, importers, and customs house agents. The session was attended by Ms G. Gayatri, Area Head–III, and Shri A. Vijuvin, Cluster Head–Chennai, along with other CONCOR officials. Stakeholders shared feedback and offered suggestions aimed at improving service quality and business processes.

    Officials described the discussions as constructive, highlighting the importance of industry collaboration in enhancing operational performance. The inputs gathered are expected to contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline logistics services and strengthen supply chain efficiency.

    CONCOR reiterated its commitment to delivering integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions while supporting trade growth and economic development in the region.
