Industry leaders from the last-mile logistics, supply chain and commerce sectors are set to gather in Bangkok for the 2026 edition of Last Mile Leaders APAC, a two-day summit beginning May 21, aimed at addressing emerging challenges and opportunities in the rapidly evolving last-mile delivery ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region.

The summit, which has previously hosted editions across Asia, Europe, Africa and the United States, has established itself as a major platform for CXO-level executives involved in logistics, fulfilment, delivery and supply chain operations. The APAC edition this year is expected to attract senior leaders from the retail, FMCG, logistics and commerce sectors from across the region.

Executives from major companies including Electrolux, Metcash, JB Hi-Fi, CEVA Logistics, Thailand Post and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners are expected to participate in discussions focused on the future of last-mile logistics and supply chain transformation.

FarEye CEO Kushal Nahata said the Asia-Pacific region is currently witnessing some of the world’s most complex and dynamic last-mile delivery challenges, adding that the summit will bring together leaders who are actively shaping the future of the sector.

A key highlight of the event will be the launch of the research report titled “Eye on the Last Mile”, which is expected to provide insights into the current state of last-mile delivery infrastructure in Asia Pacific. The report will also examine the growing role of technology, artificial intelligence and automation in reshaping logistics operations and improving delivery efficiency across the region.

Organisers said Bangkok was selected as the host city due to South-East Asia’s emergence as one of the fastest-growing and most complex last-mile delivery markets globally. Fragmented infrastructure networks, island geographies, increasing consumer expectations and the accelerated adoption of AI-driven logistics solutions are among the factors transforming supply chain and delivery operations across the region.

The summit aims to provide a collaborative platform for industry stakeholders to exchange ideas, discuss operational challenges and explore strategies for building more agile, efficient and technology-driven last-mile logistics networks amid rapid changes in the regional supply chain landscape.
