GT Lines has announced the successful completion of dry docking for MV Pluto, marking another milestone in the company’s fleet enhancement strategy. The vessel is now fully prepared for deployment and is scheduled to rejoin the company’s Gulf Connect service network.
Once deployed, MV Pluto will strengthen GT Lines’ intra-Gulf connectivity by operating between the Sharjah Commercial Terminal (SCT) and the Upper Gulf, while providing seamless access to the company’s Iraq Commercial Terminal (ICT) at Umm Qasr.
The addition of MV Pluto is expected to enhance service reliability, improve schedule integrity, and support the growing demand for efficient regional shipping and logistics solutions across the Gulf.
GT Lines said the deployment aligns with its strategy of expanding its integrated shipping ecosystem, with each vessel added to the fleet reinforcing its commitment to delivering dependable regional connectivity and end-to-end logistics services for customers across the Gulf region.
The company continues to strengthen its presence in the Gulf market by investing in fleet readiness and service enhancements, supporting trade flows between key regional ports and offering reliable maritime transport solutions.
