JCB India is targeting export growth of 15–20% in the 2026–27 financial year as the construction equipment manufacturer looks to expand its presence in international markets.
The company also plans to produce around 70,000 units during FY27, reflecting its expectations of sustained demand for construction and infrastructure equipment.
JCB India’s export operations serve markets across Asia, Africa, Latin America and other regions. The company manufactures a range of construction equipment in India, including backhoe loaders, excavators, wheel loaders and compact equipment.
The export growth strategy is expected to focus on strengthening overseas market presence, expanding product offerings and leveraging India as a manufacturing and export hub.
India’s growing manufacturing capabilities and supply-chain ecosystem have also enabled construction equipment manufacturers to serve international markets more efficiently.
The planned increase in production comes as infrastructure development and construction activity continue to support demand for heavy equipment in India and overseas.
JCB India’s FY27 targets underline the company’s focus on both domestic production and export expansion, with higher output expected to support its international growth plans.
