BuildSpace is targeting a development pipeline of around 3 million sq ft across industrial and logistics projects, with an estimated investment value of ₹600 crore.

The planned expansion is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in India’s growing industrial and logistics real estate market, supported by rising demand for modern warehousing and distribution infrastructure.

The proposed projects are expected to add new industrial and logistics capacity across key markets, catering to manufacturers, retailers, e-commerce companies and third-party logistics providers.

BuildSpace’s development plans come amid continued growth in India’s logistics infrastructure requirements, driven by supply-chain expansion, manufacturing activity and the increasing need for strategically located warehousing facilities.

The company’s targeted pipeline is expected to contribute to the expansion of organised industrial and logistics space while supporting businesses seeking modern facilities with improved connectivity and operational efficiency.
