Achilles has appointed Sebastien Roussotte as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. He succeeds interim CEO Craig Rodgerson, who will return to his role as Chairman of the Achilles Board.

Rodgerson had assumed the interim CEO position following the passing of former CEO Paul Stanley last year. Reflecting on his tenure, he expressed gratitude to the Achilles team for their dedication and reaffirmed his confidence in Roussotte’s ability to lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Roussotte joins Achilles with more than 25 years of international leadership experience in enterprise software, ESG intelligence, financial technology and risk analytics. Most recently, he served as CEO of GRESB, the global benchmark and data provider for ESG performance in real assets and infrastructure. His previous leadership roles include senior positions at Style Analytics, Finastra, Sophis and Thomson Reuters, where he led international teams and drove strategic growth across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Commenting on his appointment, Roussotte said organisations across industries are facing increasing pressure to build resilient, transparent and responsible supply chains amid rising regulatory requirements and geopolitical uncertainties. He noted that Achilles’ strong foundation in supplier assurance, risk management, AI-assisted risk prioritisation and continuous monitoring positions the company to help customers navigate increasingly complex supply chain challenges.

Roussotte said he looks forward to working with customers, partners and employees worldwide to strengthen Achilles’ leadership in supply chain risk and performance management, while continuing to uphold the company’s values and customer-focused approach.

Achilles said Roussotte’s extensive experience in leading global software and analytics businesses, driving strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions and international expansion, along with his expertise in ESG performance, governance and enterprise risk management, will support the company’s continued growth and transformation.
