Faridabad-based Associated Container Terminals Ltd (ACTL)/ICD Faridabad has commenced weekly export train services to Pipavav Port, further strengthening its connectivity portfolio. The new service complements ACTL’s existing weekly export train to Mundra, with export services to Nhava Sheva (JNPA) expected to be rolled out shortly in collaboration with its associate container train operator, Joshi Konoike Transport and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd (JKTI).

At present, ACTL already operates import train services from Mundra, Pipavav, and Nhava Sheva. With the addition of scheduled export train services to all three major ports, customers will benefit from enhanced reliability in meeting vessel connections.

A pioneer in establishing Inland Container Depots (ICDs) in Northern India, ACTL continues to provide end-to-end, single-window logistics solutions, including Customs clearance, freight forwarding, transportation, and rail connectivity to and from ports, the company said in a statement.
