In a major push toward logistics modernization, the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited (NICDC), Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL), and the Government of Andhra Pradesh signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to digitize the state’s logistics ecosystem. The MoU was formalized on the sidelines of the 30th CII Partnership Summit held in Visakhapatnam.

The signing ceremony was attended by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, underscoring the strategic importance of the initiative. The collaboration aims to streamline and enhance logistics operations across the state through the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP).

Under the agreement, a comprehensive integrated digital platform will be developed to offer government agencies and private players real-time visibility into logistics activities and performance indicators. This is expected to improve coordination, boost operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across multiple sectors.

As part of the project, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, through INCAP, will partner with NLDSL to build an integrated logistics dashboard. The dashboard will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments and produce analytical insights and actionable reports, enabling better logistics planning and execution.

The platform’s enhanced monitoring and analytical capabilities are poised to strengthen the state’s supply chain infrastructure, supporting Andhra Pradesh’s vision for an efficient, modern, and resilient logistics ecosystem.
