Ashdod Port has presented its Maritime Technology Hub at the All About Ports 2026 conference in Hamburg, highlighting Israeli maritime technologies and seeking new international partnerships for startups operating within the hub.
The delegation was led by Ashdod Port Chairman Shaul Schneider and Maritime Technology Hub head Roi Avrahami, together with eight startups developing solutions for the maritime and logistics sectors. The team held discussions with international industry and government representatives on commercial partnerships, investment opportunities and global market expansion.
The participating startups — Conbo, Flyz Robotics, Salvador Technologies, Treedis, Spinframe Technologies, Azimut.ai, Audisea and Hyphapower — are working across areas including artificial intelligence, computer vision, cybersecurity, autonomous robotics, maritime intelligence, digital twins and resilient energy.
The Maritime Technology Hub provides startups with access to a live port environment where they can test and refine technologies under real operational conditions before taking them to international markets. Ashdod Port sees this model as a way to accelerate the adoption of technologies that can improve port efficiency, security and supply-chain resilience.
During the Hamburg conference, the delegation met senior representatives including Jens Meier, President of the International Association of Ports and Harbors and CEO of the Hamburg Port Authority, as well as officials from Germany’s Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport, Hamburg’s government and India’s Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways.
Ashdod Port said the international outreach is intended to turn its local investment in maritime innovation into broader commercial opportunities, while strengthening cooperation with ports, shipping companies, investors and logistics organisations worldwide.
