Ocean Network Express (ONE) has provided an update on the fire incident aboard M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON at the Port of Los Angeles.

A barge has arrived at Yusen Terminal (YTI) to carry out water discharge operations for the affected cargo hold.

Cargo discharge operations are temporarily suspended during this process. A further advisory will be issued once the water discharge is completed.

The vessel remains under the close supervision of the United States Coast Guard (USCG), and the resumption of cargo operations will require USCG approval.

According to analysis by the Russell Group, the potential aggregate economic loss from the incident could reach $450 million if the vessel is considered a total loss.
