    Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. has reached a major milestone in its digital transformation journey with the inauguration of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase for Project HANAMAN (High Performance Analytic Appliance – Migration & Automation to Next Generation ERP) Phase I.

    The UAT was formally inaugurated by Mr. Adhip Nath Palchaudhuri, Chairman & Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., underscoring the company’s commitment to modernising its enterprise systems and accelerating digital innovation.

    Project HANAMAN is centered on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. The successful commencement of the UAT phase marks a crucial step toward deploying a smarter, faster, and more integrated next-generation ERP platform.

    The initiative reflects Balmer Lawrie’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its digital capabilities and build a future-ready enterprise through advanced technology, automation, and process optimisation.
