Embraer and Bharat Forge have signed a landmark agreement under which Bharat Forge will supply forged aerospace components for Embraer’s aircraft programmes, marking a significant step in strengthening India–Brazil industrial cooperation.

The deal represents Embraer’s first dedicated forged materials sourcing arrangement in India, reflecting the Brazilian manufacturer’s strategy to diversify its global supply chain and deepen engagement with Indian aerospace suppliers.

Under the agreement, Bharat Forge will provide high-precision forged parts used in aircraft structures, supporting Embraer’s commercial, defence and business aviation platforms while meeting stringent global aerospace quality standards.

The partnership is expected to enhance India’s role in the global aerospace manufacturing ecosystem as domestic companies increasingly integrate into international aircraft supply chains.

Both companies said the collaboration will support long-term industrial cooperation, technology integration and expansion of advanced manufacturing capabilities in the aerospace sector.
