Blue Dart Express has launched International Parcel Connect, a new international parcel shipping service aimed at helping Indian online sellers, small businesses and exporters deliver products to customers in the United States.

Powered by DHL eCommerce, the service offers an alternative to premium-priced express deliveries and lower-cost postal shipping options. It combines Blue Dart’s domestic delivery network and customer support capabilities with DHL’s international parcel network.

International Parcel Connect offers standard and expedited delivery options, enabling businesses to select shipping speeds based on their delivery requirements. The service also provides shipment tracking and visibility, helping sellers monitor consignments throughout the delivery process.

Balfour Manuel, Managing Director of Blue Dart, said the launch addresses growing customer demand for international shipping solutions by combining the company’s domestic capabilities with the reach of its global network.

Dipanjan Banerjee, Chief Commercial Officer of Blue Dart, highlighted the growth potential of India’s business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce exports, estimated at around $2 billion. He said the new service aims to help Indian businesses tap into overseas markets by offering a middle ground between expensive express delivery and lower-cost postal services.

The service also provides Indian sellers with a local customer support point, addressing an important requirement for businesses seeking greater visibility and support when shipping internationally.

The launch comes amid growing opportunities for Indian small businesses and e-commerce sellers to expand their customer base beyond domestic markets, with accessible and reliable cross-border logistics playing an increasingly important role in supporting export growth.
