CMA CGM has expanded its barge network in Northern Vietnam with the launch of a new Que Vo > Haiphong service.

The corridor links key industrial zones — including Bac Ninh, Hanoi, and Phu Tho; to major US ports and inland points of interest (IPI).

The service offers a cost-efficient, faster, and lower-emission solution, ensuring smooth cargo flows from Northern Vietnam to the US market.

The Que Vo barge is integrated with CMA CGM’s three core US maritime services from Haiphong: EXX, the premium service, CBX, and Pearl.

Operating on a bi-weekly schedule for both export and import, the barge completes the transit in just two days.

Recently, the CMA CGM Group signed a term sheet to acquire a 20 per cent stake in EUROGATE Container Terminal Hamburg (CTH).
