The Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) successfully conducted its CEO Forum Breakfast Meeting at Hotel Radisson Blu, Kochi, bringing together business leaders to discuss evolving trends in human resources.
The session featured distinguished speakers Mr. Sunny Thomas, Former HR Manager at Harrisons Malayalam and Director of Corporate Relations at SCMS Group of Institutions, and Mr. Deepu Xavier, Co-Founder of Zappyhire, an AI-driven recruitment platform. They shared their expertise on “HR Then & Now,” highlighting the transformation of HR practices over time and the adoption of modern tools shaping today’s workplace.
Ms. Vinodini Sukumar, President of the Chamber, delivered the Welcome Address, setting the tone for the engaging discussion, while Mr. Bibu Punnooran, Vice President, proposed the Vote of Thanks, acknowledging the contributions of the speakers and participants.
