ColdStar, a specialist in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with abCoffee, a premium coffee brand, to manage and optimise cold chain logistics for the company’s perishable products.

Under the collaboration, ColdStar will oversee the end-to-end cold chain logistics operations for abCoffee, including temperature-controlled storage, last-mile delivery and real-time monitoring. The move aims to ensure product quality and freshness from processing facilities to retail outlets and consumer doorsteps.

abCoffee officials said that with increasing demand for high-quality, ready-to-drink and specialty coffee beverages, maintaining cold chain integrity has become critical to preserving flavour and extending shelf life. ColdStar’s expertise in cold storage infrastructure and refrigerated transport is expected to help the brand meet these objectives while expanding its market reach.

“We are excited to partner with abCoffee to bring best-in-class cold logistics capabilities to the coffee segment,” a ColdStar spokesperson said, noting that the collaboration will leverage advanced tracking technology and data analytics to enhance supply-chain visibility and performance.

The partnership reflects a growing trend among food and beverage companies to prioritise controlled-temperature logistics as a key competitive differentiator in India’s dynamic consumer market. abCoffee added that customers can look forward to improved product consistency and availability as the new logistics framework is rolled out nationwide.
