    Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) announced on Friday that it has awarded contracts worth a total of about ₹461.55 crore to three companies for wagon leasing and equipment supply as part of its plan to expand logistics capacity.

    According to its regulatory filing, Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing Pvt. Ltd., TIL Ltd., and GATX India Pvt. Ltd. were awarded the orders following a competitive tender process.

    Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing received a contract valued at ₹157.92 crore for supplying eight rakes of BLSS wagons with Brake Van Type BVCM on an operating lease for 10 years. The supplies are to be completed within 255 days.

    TIL Ltd. won a ₹66.75 crore order for the design, manufacture, supply and commissioning of 25 loaded reach stackers, to be delivered within 330 days.

    GATX India Pvt. Ltd. was awarded a ₹236.88 crore contract for 12 rakes of BLSS wagons with Brake Van Type BVCM on an operating lease for ten years, with supplies due within 315 days.

    The disclosure stated that the contracts are part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its rail logistics and container handling operations.
