Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) has further strengthened its logistics network by expanding its operational fleet to 407 rakes, comprising 18,398 high-performance wagons, enhancing seamless, timely, and reliable container movement across the country.

The newly added wagons are engineered for performance, capable of supporting cargo movement at speeds of up to 100 km/h. With a gross carrying capacity of 80T to 100T, they significantly improve the efficiency and turnaround time of freight operations across CONCOR’s vast network.

With trains operating across 190 locations pan-India, this fleet expansion underscores CONCOR’s focus on integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions. It further strengthens the company’s vision of elevating national multimodal connectivity and delivering service excellence to India’s growing supply chain ecosystem.
