Global logistics provider Dachser has expanded its wine and spirits logistics services across the Asia-Pacific region, offering integrated supply chain solutions that combine air, sea, and road transport to meet rising trade demand between Europe and APAC.

The company said the initiative leverages its strong European road logistics network and multimodal expertise to deliver wine and spirits efficiently from origin to destination. According to Dachser, the Asia-Pacific wine and spirits market is projected to grow 5–6% annually through 2030, creating significant opportunities.

“The region presents significant opportunities for Dachser to apply our established expertise in wine and spirits logistics,” said Roman Mueller, Managing Director for Air & Sea Logistics Asia Pacific. “We are committed to delivering wine and spirits with excellence, ensuring customers experience a first-class journey from European wineries to markets across APAC.”

Dachser showcased its capabilities at ProWine Hong Kong 2025, engaging with importers, distributors, and hospitality professionals to further build its regional portfolio. Its services cover air and sea freight (FCL and LCL), European road transport, buyers’ consolidation, customs clearance, warehousing, temperature-controlled handling, and insurance.

“We consolidate shipments from multiple European suppliers to a single consignee and act as a one-stop logistics partner,” noted Sébastien Ferrandiz, Business Development Manager, Food and Beverage Logistics, Asia Pacific.

With more than 45 years of operations in the region, Dachser has over 40 locations across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, Bangkok, Mumbai, and Ho Chi Minh City. Recent expansions include new operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, along with sales offices in Chiang Mai and Da Nang.

Headquartered in Kempten, Germany, Dachser reported consolidated net revenue of about EUR 8 billion in 2024, handling 83.2 million shipments with a total tonnage of 44.1 million metric tonnes.
