Dakshin Bharat Gateway Terminal (DBGT), the container terminal operated by the V. O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, has achieved a significant operational milestone, handling 5 million TEUs since its commencement of operations.

DBGT management acknowledged the continuous support and guidance from V. O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, along with the trust and cooperation of customers, shipping lines, logistics partners, EXIM trade participants, and other stakeholders. The terminal also credited the dedication and hard work of the entire DBGT team, whose commitment has been instrumental in reaching this landmark.

To commemorate the achievement, employees participated in a series of celebratory activities, including a cake-cutting ceremony, a quiz competition, and a tree-planting drive, highlighting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and the terminal’s commitment to sustainable growth.
