India-headquartered logistics firm EVO Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. (EVO SCS) has announced that it will come under the umbrella of global logistics provider Logistics Plus, marking a strategic move to enhance service capabilities across India and the subcontinent. The transition remains subject to customary legal and regulatory approvals.

The integration brings together EVO SCS’s strong local execution capabilities and established customer relationships with Logistics Plus’s expansive global network. This combination is expected to offer customers improved access to international markets and more seamless cross-border logistics solutions.

EVO SCS currently provides a wide range of services, including international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, trade compliance, project logistics, warehousing, and fourth-party logistics (4PL). Under the new structure, customers will benefit from broader global connectivity and enhanced operational support, while maintaining continuity in existing services during the transition phase.

The company’s India and subcontinent headquarters will remain in Gurugram, supported by operational teams in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai—ensuring sustained regional presence and service delivery.

Manish Malik, Co-Founder and Managing Director of EVO SCS, will continue to lead the business as Managing Director for India and the subcontinent, working closely with the leadership team at Logistics Plus. He highlighted that the move builds on EVO’s strong execution-focused foundation while expanding its ability to deliver integrated global solutions without compromising on customer service or local expertise.
