Global port operator Gulftainer met with key traders and freight forwarders in Shenzhen on 22 September 2024, during the China (Shenzhen) International Logistics and Supply Chain Fair (CILF).
Attendees included the Shenzhen International Freight Forwarders Association members and the Qingdao Logistics Network.

The UAE remains China’s largest trading partner in the Arab world, with China accounting for 18% of the UAE’s non-oil imports in 2023.

As a gateway between East and West, the UAE has positioned itself as a key logistics hub, facilitating the seamless movement of goods between China and global markets,” said Daniel Wright, Group Chief Operating Officer on the growing UAE-China relationship in a statement.
With its strategically located terminals and supply chain facilities, Gulftainer said it is well-positioned to drive the increasing logistics volume between the two nations.
