In November 2025, HDC handled 21,691 TEUs, surpassing its previous monthly record. The momentum carried forward into December, when the port processed 22,657 TEUs, marking another new high. Achieving record throughput in consecutive months is rare in the sector and reflects more than just numbers—it signifies sustained operational resilience, seamless coordination among port stakeholders, and a robust growth trajectory.
Port officials highlighted that these figures represent the culmination of strategic planning, investment in infrastructure, and adoption of best practices in cargo handling. “Breaking a record is commendable; breaking it again immediately is a statement,” said a senior HDC official. “This performance demonstrates that at HDC, record achievements are no longer isolated events—they are becoming the new operational baseline.”
