Mahindra Logistics Ltd (MLL) on Tuesday reported a 19% year-on-year rise in revenue to ₹1,545 crore for the third quarter of FY26, driven by growth across its contract logistics, warehousing and integrated supply-chain services.
The company said improved volumes from key sectors, including automotive, consumer goods and e-commerce, supported topline growth during the quarter. Expansion of multi-client warehousing capacity and continued traction in value-added logistics solutions also contributed to performance.
MLL noted that operational efficiencies and disciplined cost management helped navigate a challenging operating environment marked by demand volatility and competitive pricing pressures. The company continued to invest in automation, digital platforms and network expansion to strengthen service capabilities and customer engagement.
During the quarter, Mahindra Logistics further scaled its asset-light model and enhanced its end-to-end logistics offerings, covering transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding and last-mile delivery. Management said these initiatives position the company well to capture opportunities arising from supply-chain diversification and increasing outsourcing of logistics by enterprises.
Commenting on the results, the company said it remains focused on sustainable growth, margin improvement and prudent capital allocation, while leveraging technology and partnerships to improve resilience and service quality.
Mahindra Logistics added that it will continue to monitor market conditions closely and pursue selective investments to support long-term growth amid evolving domestic and global trade dynamics.
