Man Infraconstruction Ltd (MICL) has secured two engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts worth a combined ₹583 crore, including a ₹75 crore order from Bharat Mumbai Container Terminal Pvt Ltd (BMCTPL) for reclamation works at Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) in Navi Mumbai.

The company received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from BMCTPL for triangular yard-surcharging and reclamation works at JNPA, also known as Nhava Sheva Port, in Maharashtra. MICL described the contract as a repeat order, reflecting the continuation of its engagement with the terminal operator.

In a separate development, the company secured a ₹508 crore work order for the construction of a residential skyscraper tower at Marine Lines in South Mumbai.

The two contracts take the total value of the company’s newly secured EPC orders to ₹583 crore, significantly strengthening its order book and revenue visibility.

Commenting on the new contracts, Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL Group, said the company would continue leveraging its EPC capabilities to meet captive requirements while selectively pursuing suitable external opportunities, with a focus on predictable cash flows and margins.

Following the latest order wins, MICL’s EPC portfolio has increased from ₹275 crore as of September 2026 to approximately ₹858 crore, strengthening revenue visibility for its standalone business over the coming years.

The JNPA contract further highlights the role of private EPC contractors in supporting port infrastructure development and capacity enhancement at India’s major maritime gateways.
