The Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced that it will strengthen its transatlantic offering with a new connection from Northern Spain to Canada – the Canada Express Service.

Designed to deliver unparalleled transit times and guarantee space and equipment on all departures, this new MSC service is the ideal solution for exporters in northern Spain looking to expand their business and trade relations with the Canadian market, reported MSC.

Starting with the MSC YANG R, voyage number CE551A, departing the Port of Vigo on 22 December, the rotation of the new service is as follows:

    Malaga – Sines – Vigo – Gijon – Bilbao – Felixstowe – Antwerp – Le Havre – Montreal – Halifax – Malaga – Sines

Last month, MSC launched a new intermodal rail service operating from the Batajnica terminal near Belgrade, connecting Serbia directly with the Port of Trieste.
