Indian express logistics company DTDC has launched a new digital onboarding platform that enables micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to access its logistics services in as little as 10 minutes. The initiative is aimed at simplifying logistics integration for businesses and accelerating their access to nationwide shipping and supply chain solutions.

The platform has been designed to provide a seamless and fully digital onboarding experience, allowing MSMEs to register, verify business details, and begin using DTDC’s logistics network with minimal documentation and processing time. The move reflects the growing demand for faster and more efficient logistics solutions among India’s expanding small business sector.

Through the new system, businesses can quickly gain access to a range of services, including domestic and international parcel delivery, e-commerce logistics, warehousing support, and supply chain management solutions. The platform is expected to reduce administrative hurdles and help entrepreneurs focus more on business growth and customer service.

DTDC said the initiative aligns with its broader strategy of leveraging technology to improve customer experience and expand access to logistics services across India. The company aims to support MSMEs that increasingly rely on digital commerce and require reliable shipping solutions to reach customers across the country and overseas markets.

Industry observers note that logistics efficiency has become a critical factor for MSME competitiveness, particularly as online sales channels continue to grow. Faster onboarding and easier access to logistics infrastructure can help smaller businesses reduce operational delays, improve delivery performance, and expand their market reach.

The launch comes amid continued digital transformation across India’s logistics sector, with companies investing in automation, data-driven platforms, and customer-centric solutions. Such initiatives are expected to play a key role in supporting the government’s efforts to strengthen the MSME ecosystem and promote entrepreneurship.

By enabling businesses to start shipping within minutes, DTDC hopes to make logistics more accessible and scalable for MSMEs, helping them integrate more effectively into domestic and global supply chains while supporting long-term business growth.
