Wan Hai Lines and Interasia Lines have announced revisions to their NS5 service and the launch of a new TVS (Trans-Vietnam Service) route, aimed at enhancing connectivity across key Asia-Pacific trade lanes.

The revised NS5 service will feature updated port rotations and schedules to improve transit times and reliability, while the new TVS route is designed to link major Vietnamese ports with strategic hubs in the region, supporting growing cargo demand from industrial, consumer, and agricultural sectors.

According to the carriers, the adjustments and the launch of TVS will provide shippers with more flexible routing options, faster service, and increased capacity, helping meet rising trade flows between Vietnam and other Asia-Pacific markets.

Industry observers note that the move reflects a broader strategy by regional carriers to optimize existing networks while launching targeted new services to capture emerging trade opportunities, particularly in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing markets.

Both Wan Hai and Interasia stated that the service revisions and TVS introduction align with their commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, schedule reliability, and overall customer service in a competitive shipping environment.
