Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced changes to the US East Coast 3 (EC3) service rotation as part of its ongoing efforts to optimise network efficiency and enhance service reliability across the Asia–US East Coast trade lane.

The revised port rotation is intended to improve schedule integrity, reduce transit disruptions and better align vessel deployment with evolving customer demand. By refining the sequence of port calls, ONE aims to provide more consistent sailing schedules and improve cargo flow across key markets.

The EC3 service is an important link connecting major Asian export hubs with ports along the US East Coast, supporting the movement of containerised cargo including consumer goods, industrial products, machinery and retail shipments.

According to the carrier, the updated rotation is expected to strengthen operational performance while offering customers greater predictability in cargo planning and supply chain management. The changes also reflect the company’s strategy of continuously reviewing service networks to respond to market conditions and operational requirements.

The revised EC3 rotation is expected to help shippers improve logistics planning, minimise delays and maintain efficient cargo distribution between Asia and the US East Coast, reinforcing ONE’s commitment to delivering reliable and customer-focused container shipping services.
