    The Port of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) recorded strong activity in April 2025, handling 751,194 TEUs over the month.

    This represented a 24 per cent increase from April 2019 for the port and a 6 per cent jump from April 2024.

    Over the first four months of the year, the Port of New York and New Jersey handled 2.95 million TEUs.

    This marked a 23 per cent jump from the same period of 2019 and an increase of 9 per cent from the first four months of 2024.

    Last month, the PANYNJ marked a new milestone, celebrating the maiden voyage of the ONE Eagle at Port Liberty Bayonne.
