Priority Courier Experts (PCE) has acquired Atlanta-based INPAX Shipping Solutions, expanding its same-day logistics network across the southeastern United States. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives PCE an immediate presence across seven Southern markets, including Atlanta, Charlotte and Raleigh, and expands its footprint across Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. INPAX brings more than 335 independent-contractor drivers and 75 employees, handling over 400,000 orders annually.
INPAX provides a broad range of logistics services, including parcel and e-commerce delivery, on-demand courier services, brokerage, distribution, healthcare logistics, LTL and full-truckload freight. The addition will allow PCE to broaden its service offering beyond its core same-day and next-day delivery operations.
PCE CEO Mark Cossack said INPAX brings more than two decades of Southeast expertise and immediate scale in strategic markets. The acquisition is also expected to give customers access to a wider network and additional logistics capabilities.
The deal forms part of PCE’s broader expansion strategy, with the company using acquisitions of established regional operators to increase geographic coverage, strengthen customer relationships and build a larger customised logistics platform across the US.
