Rhenus Group has opened a new dangerous goods warehouse in Bangkok to strengthen its specialised logistics capabilities for handling hazardous materials in Southeast Asia. The facility is designed to support safe storage, distribution and supply chain management for regulated and sensitive cargo across multiple industries.

The warehouse is equipped with advanced safety systems, compliance infrastructure and dedicated handling processes to meet international standards for dangerous goods logistics. Industry sources said the facility will cater to sectors including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing and energy, where secure storage and transportation of hazardous materials are critical.

The expansion reflects growing demand for specialised warehousing and compliant logistics solutions in the region as trade volumes and industrial activity continue to rise. The new facility is also expected to enhance Rhenus Group’s regional distribution network and strengthen its presence in the Asian logistics market.
