    Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has secured an order worth ₹103.16 crore from Leap Grain Rail Logistics Private Limited, a South India-based company.

    The contract is for the supply of specially designed BCBFG wagons to be used in bulk agro-logistics operations across the country.

    Indrajit Mookerjee, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Texmaco Rail & Engineering, said, “This order highlights our commitment to delivering efficient, indigenous rolling stock aligned with the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat and Make in India vision.”

    Srikanth Gandini, Chief Financial Officer of Leap Grain Rail Logistics, said, “We are focused on contributing to national prosperity by improving food grain transportation and reducing carbon footprint through rail transport.”

    In recent months, the company has secured orders from the Ministry of Railways for freight wagons including BOXNHL and BFNS models.

    It has also partnered with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited on integrated infrastructure projects and won export contracts in Africa and Southeast Asia, including a ₹535 crore order from CAMALCO SA in Cameroon.
