TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS) has inaugurated a new warehouse in Nagpur to support the distribution network of a leading Indian consumer electronics retailer, enhancing supply chain capabilities across Central India.
The strategically located facility will cater to both retail stores and e-commerce customers in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh, enabling faster and more efficient deliveries across the region.
The modern warehouse is designed to handle both B2B and B2C operations, managing a wide range of products including consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile phones, laptops and accessories.
Equipped with a digital warehouse platform, the facility integrates a Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless operations, real-time inventory visibility and business intelligence-driven decision-making.
TVS SCS said the warehouse has been developed with a strong focus on operational excellence, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) dispatches for both retail outlets and online orders, efficient returns management, high inventory accuracy and improved workforce productivity.
