    Shri Susanta Kumar Purohit, IRSEE, Chairperson, and Shri Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS, Deputy Chairperson of the V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, along with senior officials, held separate strategic meetings with representatives of Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation and NLC Tamil Nadu Power Limited to strengthen business partnerships and enhance cargo growth.

    During the discussions with Shri K.R. Anandan, Whole Time Director of SPIC, and his team, both sides explored opportunities for business development, strategic collaboration, and increasing trade volumes through closer cooperation.

    In a separate meeting with Shri T. A. Aravind Raja, Chief Executive Officer of NTPL, discussions focused on expanding business engagement, improving logistics efficiency, and identifying opportunities for sustained cargo growth through enhanced operational coordination.

    The meetings underscored the shared commitment of V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, SPIC, and NTPL to fostering long-term partnerships, improving operational synergies, and supporting sustainable growth across the maritime, industrial, and energy sectors.
