Nagpur-headquartered XSIO Industrial & Logistics Parks, backed by Blackstone, has announced its entry into Madhya Pradesh with the development of a new integrated logistics hub at Machal village near Indore. The land for the project has been allotted by the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation.

The upcoming logistics park is strategically positioned to serve the rapidly expanding Indore–Pithampur industrial corridor and will cater to a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, automotive, third-party logistics, and supply-chain services.

With the addition of the Indore project, XSIO’s portfolio now comprises eight industrial and logistics parks across Nagpur, Mumbai, Pune and Indore. The company’s development footprint spans more than 461 acres with over 10 million sq. ft. of planned infrastructure. Its current investment pipeline exceeds ₹3,500 crore and is projected to grow beyond ₹5,000 crore over the next two years, with the potential to generate more than 17,500 direct and indirect jobs.

Nagpur continues to be the cornerstone of XSIO’s operations, hosting five parks spread across approximately 346 acres. These projects account for more than 7.78 million sq. ft. of planned development, proposed investments exceeding ₹2,300 crore, and employment potential of over 13,000 jobs.

Announcing the expansion, Ashish Agrawal, Managing Director of XSIO Industrial & Logistics Parks, said the company’s growth from Nagpur to key industrial centres such as Mumbai, Pune and now Indore reflects its vision of building world-class industrial and logistics infrastructure from the heart of India. He added that XSIO remains focused on developing sustainable Grade-A infrastructure that supports industrial growth, job creation and the strengthening of India’s supply-chain ecosystem.
