Mahindra Logistics Limited has appointed Yash Jalta as the Head of its Fleet Service Business, reinforcing the company’s focus on expanding its transportation and mobility solutions.

In his new role, Jalta will oversee the development and growth of Mahindra Logistics’ fleet services portfolio, which includes managed transportation, vehicle leasing and mobility solutions for enterprise customers. He will also be responsible for strengthening operational efficiency, expanding service capabilities and supporting the company’s broader logistics network.

Mahindra Logistics said the appointment aligns with its strategy to scale its fleet management offerings and enhance integrated logistics services for clients across industries such as e-commerce, manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods.

Jalta brings industry experience in logistics operations, supply chain management and fleet solutions. His leadership is expected to support the company’s efforts to optimise transportation assets, improve service reliability and introduce technology-driven fleet management systems.

The move comes as logistics companies increasingly invest in fleet services to support the growing demand for efficient cargo movement and last-mile delivery solutions across India’s expanding supply chain ecosystem.
