Zomato Hyperpure, the B2B supply chain arm of Eternal Ltd., has leased a 2.5 lakh sq ft warehouse in Bhiwandi, a key logistics hub near Mumbai, to strengthen its supply chain capabilities in the region. The five-year lease comes with a monthly rent of INR 66.21 lakh, with payments scheduled to commence from March 2026, allowing the company time to set up operations.

Located at One K Square Park, the new facility will serve as a central hub for distributing fresh ingredients, groceries, and essential products to restaurants and institutional clients across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The move underlines Hyperpure’s commitment to ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while supporting its growing B2B operations.

Earlier this year, Hyperpure also leased a 2.53 lakh sq ft warehouse at Lodha Industrial and Logistics Park in Palava, with a five-year tenure starting February 2025. The Palava facility carries a monthly rent of over INR 85.3 lakh, set to rise to INR 1.04 crore in the final year under an escalation clause.

With this latest expansion in Bhiwandi, Hyperpure is bolstering its warehouse capacity in the Mumbai region, ensuring a steady supply of fresh and quality products to meet rising demand and operational needs efficiently.
