V-Logis has inaugurated its new integrated logistics and warehousing facility at Rasayani, Panvel, strengthening its presence in Maharashtra’s rapidly growing industrial and logistics corridor. The launch was marked with a traditional Satyanarayana Pooja ceremony as operations officially commenced at the new location.
Strategically situated at Vanivali Village, Raigad district, within the Patalganga industrial region, the facility has been developed to cater to the increasing logistics and supply chain requirements of industries operating across Rasayani, Panvel, Patalganga, and nearby manufacturing hubs.
The new facility offers strong multimodal connectivity, located approximately 19 kilometres from the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and around 20 kilometres from Panvel Railway Station, enabling efficient cargo movement and regional distribution.
Spread across a structural area of 92,000 sq. ft., the facility is equipped with six loading bays and is designed to provide comprehensive warehousing, transportation, distribution, and integrated logistics solutions for industrial customers.
Senior leadership from the company attended the inauguration ceremony, including Mr. Ronak Shah, CEO of V-Logis and Executive Director of V-Trans (India) Ltd, along with Mr. Jay Shah, Head – Business Development & Solution Design. The team also conducted a site visit during the launch event.
With this expansion, V-Logis aims to further strengthen its operational capabilities and support the growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure in one of Maharashtra’s key industrial belts.
