BainBridge Navigation and Transworld have formally signed a Joint Venture Agreement to strengthen their partnership and develop TransBridge Global as a commercial platform in the dry bulk shipping sector.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Ritesh Sivaswamy Ramakrishnan, Managing Director, Transworld, and Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, Managing Director, BainBridge Navigation.
The signing formalises a venture that is already underway, bringing together the strengths and capabilities of both organisations to build and grow TransBridge Global.
