Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), a leading logistics service provider in the country is pleased to announce liberalization of existing schemes aimed to enhance customer experience and streamlining logistics operations. These schemes reflect CONCOR’s commitment to ease of doing business and value-driven partnerships.
Block Rake Scheme: Enhancing Visibility and Certainty
CONCOR has now modified its Block Rake Scheme, an incentive program for shipping lines. Under this scheme, shipping lines can avail dedicated scheduled train services between CONCOR terminals and Gateway ports. The goal is to ensure visibility and certainty of service. Shipping lines will get the incentive based upon achieving minimum guaranteed traffic and now the penalty on account of non-fulfilment of Minimum Guaranteed Traffic has been withdrawn from the policy.
Credit Policy for AEO Certified EXIM Customers
CONCOR has now modified the credit policy without Bank Guarantee (BG) for AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certified EXIM customers. Eligible customers receive a credit limit equivalent to their best monthly volume or transaction done with CONCOR. The new AEO certified customers willing to avail CONCOR services can also get the credit facility without Bank guarantee. This approach simplifies financial transactions and foster strong partnerships among customers.
Associate Partner Policy: Welcoming New Customers
CONCOR has modified its Associate Partner (AP) Policy to attract new CHAs (Customs House Agents) and Freight Forwarders who are presently not availing the services of CONCOR. New customers i.e. Freight Forwarders/CHAs can also enrol themselves under the AP Policy based on their forecasted volume for the coming year. This flexibility encourages collaboration and expands the network of stakeholders for availing benefit from CONCOR’s services.
CONCOR invites all stakeholders – Shipping lines, CHAs, Freight Forwarders, Exporters and Importers – to join hands and leverage these initiatives for mutual growth and success.
