CMA CGM has announced the launch of a new port call at Cork under its Transatlantic Panama Direct (PANAMA DIRECT) service, further strengthening its network and service offerings.

Starting April 28, 2026, Cork will be directly connected to New York and Savannah, providing Irish customers with improved transit times, enhanced reliability, and increased service frequency.

As part of the service upgrade, CMA CGM will deploy an additional vessel to the PANAMA DIRECT rotation, reinforcing schedule consistency and operational efficiency.

The inaugural sailing for the enhanced service will be operated by the vessel CMA CGM WHITE (voyage 0RPLUS1MA), which is scheduled to arrive in Cork on April 28, 2026.

The move underscores CMA CGM’s continued focus on expanding its global network and delivering premium shipping solutions to key markets.
