FreightFox, a transportation management and Control Tower platform, has raised ₹5 crore (₹50 million) in a strategic funding round led by HighLeaf, with participation from Vijender Yadav, Founder of Accops Systems; Puru Gupta, Founder and Operating Partner at Proteus Partners; and Aeravti Ventures.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital to strengthen its enterprise sales and channel network and accelerate its expansion into international markets.

FreightFox provides a full-stack Transportation Management System (TMS) and Control Tower platform designed to help enterprises manage freight operations across procurement, execution, shipment tracking, invoice settlement and sustainability reporting.

Its Control Tower provides real-time visibility across inbound, outbound and out-to-out movements, enabling logistics teams to identify operational issues and make faster decisions.

According to FreightFox, freight teams today have access to significantly larger volumes of operational data through GPS tracking, shipment updates and transportation management systems. However, this information is frequently distributed across multiple platforms, making it difficult for businesses to identify inefficiencies, control transportation costs and respond quickly to disruptions.

The company believes that the quality, structure and accessibility of operational data will become increasingly important as enterprises adopt artificial intelligence (AI) for logistics and supply chain operations.

“This funding demonstrates a broader transition in how the logistics industry is evolving. There is increasing recognition that freight operations need more structured systems in which data, execution, and decision-making processes are connected rather than managed in silos,” said Nitish Rai, CEO and Co-Founder, FreightFox.

The participation of experienced technology and business operators is also expected to support FreightFox’s growth strategy. Vijender Yadav brings experience in building technology businesses, while Proteus Partners is supporting the company in its go-to-market and growth initiatives.

FreightFox counts major enterprises such as AB InBev, Bridgestone, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Hero, CEAT and Raychem RPG among its customers.

The company said its platform has so far tracked and managed more than 6 million trips end-to-end, enabled over $2 billion in freight procurement and tracked approximately 10 billion tonne-kilometres of freight movement.

It has also processed more than $1 billion in freight procure-to-pay transactions and mapped over 200,000 tonnes of CO₂e across customer logistics networks.

FreightFox said enterprises using its platform have reported freight cost reductions of 8–15% and achieved 95% freight visibility, highlighting the growing role of digital platforms in improving transportation efficiency and supply chain decision-making.

The latest funding round comes as enterprises increasingly seek integrated freight technology platforms that can combine operational data, execution and analytics to improve cost efficiency, visibility and resilience across complex logistics networks.
