Garudavega, the flagship brand of NexGen Logistics Private Limited, celebrated its 12th anniversary with a high-energy cycling event titled ‘Pedal to Progress’ on 29 November 2025. The initiative brought together employees from operational and corporate teams, underscoring the company’s strong people-first philosophy—an increasingly vital differentiator in today’s fast-paced logistics landscape.

Centered on the theme “Together we Ride, Together we Rise,” the event highlighted Garudavega’s commitment to employee wellness, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational agility. These pillars continue to fuel the company’s global expansion, enhanced tech-driven logistics processes, and customer-focused service models.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Satish Lakkaraju, Chief Executive Officer, NexGen Logistics Private Limited, emphasized the importance of a motivated workforce in sustaining high-quality logistics performance.

“As we complete 12 years of Garudavega, this ride symbolizes our steady, determined, forward-moving journey. Logistics demands teamwork, discipline, and consistency, and the spirit we witnessed today reinforces the strength that drives our operational excellence,” he said.

Reflecting on the evolution of the initiative, Founder & Director, Mr. Ram Duruvusla, shared: “What began as a simple wellness activity has grown into a meaningful annual tradition. It not only promotes health but strengthens collaboration and reinforces the culture that has powered Garudavega’s growth since 2013.”

The event drew participation from more than 100 employees and partner representatives, showcasing the diverse ecosystem that drives Garudavega’s operations—ranging from first-mile and last-mile delivery teams to hub and warehouse personnel, customer experience teams, and cross-border logistics specialists.

By weaving wellness-driven initiatives into its organizational framework, Garudavega continues to strengthen its identity as a forward-looking logistics provider—one that prioritizes its people while advancing service capabilities, technology integration, and operational resilience.
