In a major boost to the State’s industrial and logistics infrastructure, Kerala Industries Minister P. Rajeeve laid the foundation stone for a ₹250-crore Grade-A warehousing and logistics facility promoted by NDR Space Private Ltd at Chununganveli near Aluva.

Spanning 16 acres, the project is expected to generate direct and indirect employment for over 300 people and significantly enhance supply chain efficiency in the region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Rajeeve highlighted that this is the 100th project under the Invest Kerala Summit, which has so far attracted ₹36,000 crore in investments and created around 50,000 jobs across multiple sectors including logistics, services, and manufacturing. “Kerala’s conversion rate of investment proposals stands at 24 per cent, well above the national average of 14–15 per cent,” he noted.

Raj Srinivasan, Chief Executive Officer of NDR Space Pvt. Ltd, said the Aluva project reflects the company’s commitment to advancing Kerala’s vision of world-class industrial infrastructure. The facility, slated for completion by March 2026, will cater to the needs of FMCG, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.

The Aluva development is part of NDR Space’s broader plan to establish nearly two million sq. ft. of Grade-A warehousing and industrial space across Kerala in the coming years, supporting the State’s efforts to modernize its logistics ecosystem and drive industrial growth.
