The Mundra RORO operations team has achieved a major milestone by successfully loading 5,612 cars onto a single vessel in less than 40 hours, setting a new benchmark in efficiency and operational excellence.
This achievement surpasses the team’s previous record of 5,405 cars, set in June 2022, accomplished with the same 141 Ground Handling Resources (GHRs). The new feat reflects the team’s precision, coordination, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Officials hailed the milestone as a testament to Mundra Port’s growing capabilities in handling large-scale automotive logistics with speed and accuracy.
“Such operational breakthroughs not only highlight our team’s dedication but also strengthen Mundra’s position as a preferred hub for automotive exports,” a spokesperson said.
