The Executive Committee of the National Inland & International Shipping Association (NISAA) met Mr. Ajit Kumar Panda, the newly appointed Chairman & Managing Director of the Container Corporation of India (CONCOR), on August 13 to congratulate him on assuming his new responsibility and extend its best wishes for a successful tenure.
During the meeting, Mr. Sasi Nair, President, NISAA, conveyed the Association’s commitment to extending its continued support and cooperation to CONCOR.
NISAA and CONCOR share a common objective of strengthening and facilitating EXIM trade in North India. The interaction focused on the importance of closer industry collaboration and addressing key priorities to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the region’s logistics and trade ecosystem.
NISAA expressed its willingness to work closely with CONCOR on industry-related matters and support initiatives aimed at improving connectivity, logistics efficiency and trade facilitation.
The meeting was attended by senior officials from CONCOR and members of the NISAA Executive Committee.
NISAA also congratulated Mr. Ajit Kumar Panda on his appointment and wished him every success in his new role, while expressing confidence that the association between NISAA and CONCOR would continue to contribute positively to India’s EXIM logistics sector.
