Ocean Network Express (ONE) has expanded its AX4 service by adding new port calls in Latin America, strengthening connectivity between Asia and key markets in the region. The move is aimed at improving service coverage and providing shippers with more direct options for cargo movement across major trade lanes.

According to the company, the expanded rotation will enhance transit reliability and increase capacity for exporters and importers trading between Asia and Latin America. The addition of new ports is also expected to support growing demand for containerized cargo, including agricultural products, consumer goods, and industrial materials.

ONE said the AX4 service upgrade forms part of its broader strategy to optimize network efficiency and respond to evolving global trade patterns. By expanding port coverage, the carrier aims to provide greater flexibility and improved logistics solutions for customers operating across the trans-Pacific and Latin American markets.

Industry observers note that stronger connectivity between Asia and Latin America reflects rising trade volumes between the regions, prompting major shipping lines to expand their service networks and improve schedule reliability.
