Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the launch of its new Door Delivery Service in Saudi Arabia, strengthening its inland logistics offerings in the Kingdom and providing customers with seamless end-to-end supply chain connectivity. The service has been introduced as part of ONE’s strategy to expand beyond ocean freight and integrate intermodal solutions that meet the evolving needs of shippers.

The Door Delivery Service will connect directly from the Port of Dammam to customer locations across major cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Jubail, and Neom. By integrating trucking services with customs clearance into a single solution, ONE aims to eliminate logistical fragmentation and simplify operations for importers and exporters. Deliveries are expected to be completed within 24 to 48 hours after customs clearance, offering customers faster and more reliable transit times.

The service is being positioned as a one-stop intermodal solution, covering the entire logistics chain from port discharge to final destination, as well as reverse movements for exports. This approach reflects ONE’s growing emphasis on providing integrated logistics services, reducing operational delays, and improving overall efficiency for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia.

According to the company, the initial rollout will focus on high-demand industrial and urban hubs but will be expanded to cover additional regions as demand grows. The service is also aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which places strong emphasis on transforming the Kingdom into a global trade and logistics hub. By offering streamlined, cost-efficient inland connectivity, ONE expects the service to play a pivotal role in supporting the country’s import and export sectors, particularly industries linked to petrochemicals, construction, and consumer goods.

The launch comes at a time when Saudi Arabia’s logistics market is undergoing rapid expansion. More than 50 million parcels were delivered in the second quarter of 2025 alone, highlighting the Kingdom’s surging demand for faster, technology-driven delivery solutions. With its Door Delivery Service, ONE is positioning itself to capture a significant share of this growing market while offering shippers greater visibility and control over their cargo movement.

ONE also signaled that further enhancements, including expanded trucking routes and digital integration with customers’ supply chains, are in the pipeline. The company said the new offering underscores its long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and its ambition to strengthen inland connectivity across the Middle East.
